I'm Anna, a marketing operations strategist with over a decade of experience building and scaling MOPs functions at growth-stage companies. Most recently, I led Marketing Operations, Web, and SEO as Director of Marketing Operations at a large healthtech company, managing dual B2B and B2C acquisition motions across a complex martech stack.

Before that, I spent years consulting across dozens of organizations at every stage of growth - which means I've seen what works, what doesn't, and exactly where things start to break down. That perspective shapes everything I do.
